I went to school in Miami, and graduated with a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. While there, I worked in a program called Kids and Culture, reaching out to children and older teens to inform them about college and other educational options. I have always loved doing math and I worked with students as a private tutor to help them understand why math is a key component to all learning. It is a subject that they will use daily for the rest of their lives. After all, math relates to numerous concepts in a number of studies, fields, and everyday interactions. Understanding math leads to more opportunities.With tutoring, I want to help students reach their maximum capability. Helping students feel more relaxed with their abilities is one way to do this. Once they relax, I reveal how to use those abilities to assist in difficult concepts as they come up throughout the work.I live in Bel Air, Maryland. I like sports, especially football and tennis. I like animals and listening to music, watching films, and reading.
